Volume Profile is a trading tool used to analyze the distribution of trading volume across different price levels over a specific period. It visually represents where the most buying and selling activity occurs, helping traders identify key support and resistance levels.The profile is displayed as a horizontal histogram alongside a price chart. Each bar represents the volume traded at a specific price level. A longer bar indicates higher trading activity at that price, while a shorter bar shows less activity.By examining the Volume Profile, traders can make informed decisions. High-volume areas may indicate strong support or resistance, as traders are more likely to react when prices approach these levels.
